Monday, 8 July, Z CAMP 2019

Another beautiful day at Z-camp started with a trip to the beach after a hearty breakfast. Although there was intermittent cloud, it did not stop anyone going for a swim, playing volleyball or having a good hearted play of Uno on the beach.

English classes theme this week: MUSIC

With freshly washed campers, the start of English lessons for the second week commenced with the introduction of this week’s topic- music! With some lessons including getting to know you activities for our newbies and others starting their very own take on School of Rock! Rap groups, pop sensations and rock bands were created and their debut single was in the making.

Sports, sports, sports

After brushing up on their English skills, the Z-campers had a choice of football, swimming or table tennis for this afternoons activities.

Disco - the first for this year’s Z-camp!

After a bit of friendly competition, they were off to get ready for dinner and, the first for this year’s Z-camp, the disco! Everyone looked beautifully dressed up, with girls in dresses and the boys in shirts all ready to dance, and most probably sing, the night away.

Day 8 in z-camp ended with students getting to know each other that bit more while enjoying their favourite songs. After a bit of shyness, there was lots of talking, singing and of course, dancing! Everyone, staff and students alike, had a wonderful time at the disco which saw out the first day of our second week at camp.
