traditional Festival of Sand Sculptures. First we explored the beautiful water gardens where we saw fantastical sand-sculptures of Greek myths and well-loved literature. Following this we got took a visit to a tropical butterfly house where we marvelled at the fluorescent, flying insects. Later we all indulged in some retail therapy at the mall.
Once we got back to camp we had a campfire filled with illuminations: from a well-built fire pit, to glow-worms, to a distant lightning storm! This was of course accompanied by marshmallows and musical accompaniment by staff and students alike, ranging from Bulgarian bagpipes to Ed Sheeran sing-a-longs.
