Another beautiful day in Z-Camp 2019 and this one started out a little differently. Campers kicked off not at the beach but in the classrooms discussing and writing their reflections of camp life so far. The two hours campers spent in the classrooms creating and thinking, culminated in open and honest presentations to everyone about what they have enjoyed so far in camp and what could be improved.
English classes
Then came the camper’s last two hours of media themed lessons. Based on the earlier reviews from campers: so far so good as regards lessons! One group finished off media with a bang – performing and filming their movies.
Wow, mini golf
After lessons and a speedily eaten lunch, campers were off on the coach to Tsarevo for excursion number 2. This time, not an aqua park but, mini golf! Campers had a blast trying their hands at being the next Tiger Woods. Looks like that excursion was a hole in one!
Fun at the beach
Following mini golf was a visit to Nestinarka (How can you have a day at Z-camp and not go to the beach?). The usual portion of sunbathing, ball games in the water and a wee-bit of wrestling were enjoyed by all.
Goodbyes
Sadly, today we had to say goodbye to a few campers who are already heading home. But, on the plus side, fresh faces come tomorrow with staff and campers alike eagerly awaiting their arrival.
