Rain came down but it didn’t stop the fun!

This morning we were woken up by three different alarms – some of us were woken up by our telephone’s alarm clock, others with the sound of rain gently falling and yet others with the round canon chant that was performed in the corridors. Since it was evident that the morning will be spent indoors we prepared the activities that revolved around that. There was lots of laughter, enjoyment and healthy competitiveness and it was just the thing the kids needed on an otherwise gloomy and sleepy day.

English lessons ran according to the schedule with various topics and activities connected to this week’s theme of Space.

In the afternoon there were several options for kids to choose from such as music, arts and crafts (making the planets of the Solar system), drama lesson and even some volleyball because the sky was kind and gifted us with a sunny and pleasant afternoon.

Evening entertainment was reserved for a movie night and before we knew it it was time to sail off to dreamland.
