Another sunny day full of adventures and experience is ahead of us. But first thing’s first, let’s see who will eat the most of the delicious mekichki with honey. 👀
Practice at the beach
Apart from the usual dose of swimming, volleyball and sunbathing, this morning the campers were joyfully planning and rehearsing their performances for the upcoming talent show. I mean… what is a better place to practise than the beach?
English classes
Back in the classrooms, the little campers were exploring the world's most famous landmarks, retelling the story of a giant who swapped all the landmarks. Don’t worry! The pyramids are not in Paris anymore… 🔺 In the meanwhile, the older ones were writing their own Egyptian rap song!
Afternoon activities
In the afternoon, a game of capture the flag one more time taught us strategy and team play. The sun was beaming so, although we enjoyed the game, we couldn’t wait to cool down and do a few laps in the swimming pool.🏊
Z-camp BBQ
The evening was unfolding when we were invited to sit in the oak forest, share deliciously cooked, juicy BBQ skewers, salads and fries. That was some tasty food! And of course there were guitars… and songs…
The talent show
Minds are relaxed , stomachs are full and we are now ready to sit back and enjoy the Z talents. I cannot describe the enthusiasm and energy flowing onto the stage tonight! The variety was so broad that even the Egyptian pharaohs would’ve envied us. The Z stars sang, danced, played the piano, did gymnastics, read poems, juggled, presented origami. There were all quite special, but Martina and Mike singing transferred us to this ‘’Hotel California’’, and Kaloyan’s Bulgarian bagpipes performance brought us back in the outskirts of Rodopi mountains.
What a day, right ? I bet you now wish to be with us at Z-camp.
