Sunday, 14 July, Z CAMP 2019
Sunday funday at our wonderful camp. After the sad departure of the first group of this year’s campers we woke up slowly, just a tad later than usual. Unfortunately the weather was not so great and we decided to play board games during the morning.
Tim gave an 'Arts and Crafts' class after lunch and we watched a movie, staying cozy and comfortable out of the continuing rain.
New Z-campers
Around 4 o’clock a bus load of new Z-campers rolled into the Green Park hotel. They were greeted by current campers and after checking in were shown around by fellow campers.
Getting to know you Bingo
In the evening we played Getting to know you bingo in the dance studio. We had a hilarious (albeit unseasonal) snowball fight and then had teams make human machines. Groups made a washing machine, an aeroplane, a crane and a fan, with the fan being judged the best by the staff. By the end of the evening everyone had made new friends and settled down for a well earned night’s sleep.
